Selling is typically settled within seconds of the bot detecting your in-game payment. Buying depends on the Litecoin network confirming your deposit, which is usually quick, after which you can withdraw instantly.

No. The website handles the entire trade on its own. Our Discord exists for community and support, but you can complete a full deal here without it.
You'll only ever be paid once. If you open a sell on the website and a Discord ticket with the same username, the payment is matched to a single payout and both are marked confirmed. You can't accidentally double-dip, and you can't be double-paid.
Litecoin (LTC). Make sure any address you enter is a valid Litecoin address, sending to the wrong network can lose funds permanently.
If anything fails, the site gives you a reference code (looks like SF-XXXX-XXXX). Your funds are safe. Copy that code, tap "Report to staff", and open a support ticket, staff can pull the complete logs of your exact deal and resolve it.
It's a unique code tied to your specific failed transaction. It lets our team look up exactly what happened, the amounts, addresses, timing and internal logs, so support is fast and accurate instead of guesswork.
