Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auto Markets website and automated trading service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 18) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you exchange DonutSMP in-game currency ("in-game money") for Litecoin ("LTC") and vice versa, on a best-efforts, automated basis. Rates are displayed at the time of the transaction and may change with the market.

3. Not affiliated with the game

The Service is an independent third party. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang, Microsoft, DonutSMP, or any related entity. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Trading in-game currency for real value may violate the rules or terms of the game or server. You are solely responsible for understanding and accepting that risk.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, including the correct Minecraft username and a valid Litecoin address.
• Understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect or incompatible address you provided.
• Be online in-game with the username you provided when required to send or receive money.
• Not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency is volatile and its value can change rapidly. In-game currency has no guaranteed value. You accept all market, technical, and game-related risks of using the Service. Nothing here is financial or investment advice.

6. Payments, failures & refunds

Completed transactions are final and, because crypto transfers are irreversible, generally non-refundable. If a transaction fails to complete, the Service will surface a reference code. Contact support with that code and we will investigate and, where appropriate, complete the trade or return your funds. We may withhold or reverse trades we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, mistaken, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to defraud the Service, exploit bugs, or double-claim a single payment.
• Using another person's account, username, or wallet without authorization.
• Interfering with, overloading, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Using the Service where doing so is illegal for you.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may pause, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including during maintenance or when the in-game bot is offline.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or in-game assets. Our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the value of that specific transaction.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
